Bali Luggage Storage

Biaya dan Waktu

  1. Tarif jasa penitipan barang sesuai dengan penawaran yang diberlakukan oleh Bali Luggage Storagekepada Pelanggan melalui sarana informasi luring dan/atau daring terbaru atau yang ditentukan oleh Bali Luggage Storage pada saat transaksi.
  2. Waktu operasional pelayanan Bali Luggage Storagesesuai dengan yang ditentukan melalui sarana informasi luring dan/atau daring terbaru. Pelayanan di luar waktu operasional dapat dilakukan dengan membuat janji terlebih dahulu.

 

Penitipan dan Pengambilan Barang

  1. Siapkan identitas diri KTP/Passport/KITAS/KITAP untuk keperluan dokumentasi saat melakukan penitipan barang di Bali Luggage Storage.
  2. Pastikan jangka waktu penitipan barang. Tidak ada pengembalian biaya untuk pengambilan barang lebih awal dari waktu pengambilan yang telah disepakati oleh Pelanggan sebagaimana yang tertera pada nota.
  3. Periksalah batas waktu dan tanggal penitipan sebelum meninggalkan loket. Penyimpanan melewati batas waktu dikenakan biaya yang harus dibayarkan oleh Pelanggan.
  4. Pengambilan barang oleh Pelanggan wajib menunjukkan nota yang sah yang diberikan oleh Bali Luggage Storage dan wajib menunjukkan identitas diri KTP/Passport/KITAS/KITAP. Dalam hal Pelanggan tidak dapat menunjukkan nota tersebut, maka Pelanggan wajib menunjukkan identitas diri KTP/Passport/KITAS/KITAP serta menandatangani formulir pernyataan.
  5. Pengambilan barang yang diwakili oleh pihak lain wajib menyerahkan nota serta menunjukkan KTP/Passport/KITAS/KITAP.
  6. Bali Luggage Storage berhak menolak pengambilan barang apabila Pelanggan atau perwakilan Pelanggan tidak dapat menunjukkan persyaratan terkait.

 

Keterlambatan

  1. Apabila dalam jangka waktu 1 (satu) bulan dari tanggal pengambilan dan Pelanggan belum melakukan pengambilan barang tanpa konfirmasi kepada Bali Luggage Storage, maka Bali Luggage Storage berhak untuk mengenakan biaya sesuai dengan waktu penyimpanan yang belum dibayarkan oleh Pelanggan yang perhitungannya disesuaikan dengan tarif Bali Luggage Storage
  2. Apabila dalam jangka waktu lewat 1 (satu) bulan dari tanggal pengambilan dan barang titipan belum diambil, maka kami tidak bertanggung jawab terhadap barang tersebut.

 

Ketentuan Barang yang Tidak Boleh dititipkan

  1. Barang berharga atau barang/dokumen penting tidak disarankan untuk dititipkan. Bali Luggage Storagetidak akan bertanggungjawab atas kerusakan ataupun kehilangan dokumen penting atau barang berharga lainnya.
  2. Pelanggan dilarang menitipkan barang yang terdapat binatang hidup, sayur, makanan atau kue, cairan kimia atau gas, benda yang berbau tajam, dan bahan yang mudah terbakar.
  3. Pelanggan juga dilarang menitipkan barang yang terdapat barang terlarang termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada narkoba, minuman keras, senjata api, dan sejenisnya yang bertentangan dengan Peraturan Perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Bali Luggage Storage tidak bertanggung jawab secara hukum terhadap isi barang dan Pelanggan tidak akan melibatkan Bali Luggage Storage dan individu-individu yang ada di dalamnya.
  4. Apabila Bali Luggage Storagemenemukan barang yang dilarang namun tidak terbatas pada barang-barang tersebut, maka Bali Luggage Storage berhak menegur dan meminta Pelanggan untuk membawa barang tersebut dan tidak dititipkan kepada Bali Luggage Storage.

 

Kehilangan atau Pencurian/Perampokan

  1. Jika terjadi Pencurian atau Perampokan pada barang Pelanggan akan Bali Luggage Storage berikan penggantian biaya kepada Pelanggan senilai 2 (dua) kali biaya tertagih yang tercantum pada nota.

 

Keadaan Kahar (Force Majeur)

  1. Bali Luggage Storage tidak dapat dipersalahkan atas keadaan kahar atau Force Majeuryang dapat menghentikan atau menghalangi pelaksanaan hak dan kewajiban. Keadaan kahar atau Force Majeur yakni keadaan yang terjadi karena hal-hal di luar kemampuan Bali Luggage Storage untuk mencegahnya yaitu yang disebabkan oleh kebakaran, ledakan, bangunan runtuh, banjir bandang, gempa bumi, angin topan atau badai, hujan yang luar biasa, peperangan, huru-hara, keributan, blokade, pemberontakan, wabah penyakit namun tidak terbatas pada hal tersebut dan/atau terbitnya peraturan perundang-undangan atau peraturan pemerintah baik pusat maupun daerah yang dapat menghentikan atau menghalangi pelaksanaan kewajiban Bali Luggage Storage.

 

 

 

 

Ketentuan Lain

  1. Bali Luggage Storage dapat mengubah, merevisi, memodifikasi Syarat dan Ketentuanini sewaktu-waktu sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis yang diperlukan oleh Bali Luggage Storage.
  2. Dengan telah melakukan transaksi penitipan barang yang dibuktikan dengan diberikannya nota oleh Bali Luggage Storage dan diterimanya nota oleh Pelanggan, maka Pelanggan dianggap telah menyetujui segala hal yang telah diatur dan bersedia mengikuti segala aturan yang telah ditetapkan di dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan Syarat dan Ketentuanini tunduk kepada dan berlaku sesuai dengan hukum Indonesia. Kegagalan atau keterlambatan pihak Bali Luggage Storage dalam melaksanakan atau memberlakukan suatu hak atau ketentuan dari Syarat dan Ketentuan ini tidak merupakan suatu pengesampingan atas hak maupun ketentuan tersebut. Apabila suatu bagian dari Syarat dan Ketentuan ini ditetapkan sebagai tidak sah atau tidak dapat diberlakukan berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, maka ketentuan yang tidak sah atau tidak dapat diberlakukan tersebut akan dianggap digantikan oleh suatu ketentuan yang sah dan dapat diberlakukan yang paling mendekati intensi dari ketentuan awal tersebut, dan sisa dari bagian lain pada Syarat dan Ketentuan ini akan tetap berlaku penuh.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GOODS STORAGE SERVICES

Rates and Time

  1. The applicable rates for a luggage storage service are the latest rate at the time of the transaction or as determined by Bali Luggage Storage.
  2. The applicable service operational time is the time of the transaction. The services outside of operating hours can be done by making an appointment and including additional fees.

Goods Deposit and Retrieval

  1. Prepare your identity card (ID/Passport/KITAS/KITAP), telephone number, and email for documentation purposes when storing and retrieving items at Bali Luggage Storage.
  2. Ensure the storage period of items. There are no refunds for picking up goods earlier than the time stated on the deposit receipt.
  3. Check deposit deadlines and dates before leaving the counter. Additional fees will be charged to the Customer for over limit storage.
  4. Goods retrieval by the Customer must show a valid receipt provided by Bali Luggage Storageand must show ID/Passport/KITAS/KITAP. In the case, if the Customer cannot show the receipt, the Customer is required to show his/her identity of ID/Passport/KITAS/KITAP and sign the statement form.
  5. Goods Retrieval represented by the other party must submit a receipt and show ID/Passport/KITAS/KITAPfor both parties.
  6. Bali Luggage Storagehas the right to refuse to collect items if the Customer or Customer’s representative cannot show the relevant requirements.

Lateness

  1. If within 1 (one) month from the date of picking up the goods without confirmation, Bali Luggage Storagehas the right to charge fees according to the unpaid storage time, the calculation of which is adjusted to the latest rates.
  2. If within more than 1 (one) month from the date of retrieval and the deposited goods has not been taken, then Bali Luggage Storageis not responsible for the goods.

 

 

Conditions for Goods that Cannot be Deposited

  1. Bali Luggage Storagedoes NOT accept valuables or important goods/documents. Damage or loss of important documents or other valuables is not the responsibility of Bali Luggage Storage.
  2. Customers are prohibited from depositing goods containing live animals, vegetables, food or cakes, chemical liquids or gases, objects with a sharp smell, and flammable materials.
  3. Customers are also prohibited from depositing goods containing forbidden items including but not limited to drugs, liquor, firearms, and goods that are contrary to the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia. Bali Luggage Storageis not legally responsible for the contents of the items and the Customer will not involve Bali Luggage Storage and the individuals in it.
  4. Lock the bag or suitcase to be deposited. Bali Luggage Storagewill ask for information about the contents of the suitcase or bag but does not check the contents, therefore Bali Luggage Storage is not responsible for its contents. If it is known that there are items that are prohibited but not limited to these goods, it will be entirely the responsibility of the Customer. Bali Luggage Storage has the right to reprimand and ask the Customer to bring the goods and not to leave it with Bali Luggage Storage or report it to the authorities.

Compensation for Loss or Theft / Robbery

  1. In the case of Theft or Robbery of the Customer’s items, Bali Luggage Storagewill reimburse the Customer for 2 (two) times the billed cost stated on the note.

Force Majeure (Force Majeur)

  1. Bali Luggage Storagecannot be blamed for Force Majeur which can stop or hinder the implementation of rights and obligations. Force Majeure is a condition that occurs due to things beyond the ability of Bali Luggage Storage to prevent it, which those caused by fire, explosion, building collapse, flash flood, earthquake, hurricane or storm, extraordinary rain, war, riots, blockades, rebellions, disease outbreaks but not limited to these and/or the issuance of laws and regulations or government regulations both central and regional which can stop or hinder the implementation of Bali Luggage Storage

Other Terms

  1. Bali Luggage Storagemay change, revise, and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time according to the business needs required by Bali Luggage Storage without confirmation to the customer.
  2. By having made an item deposit transaction as evidenced by the receipt of a note by Bali Luggage Storage and receipt of the note by the Customer, the Customer is deemed to have agreed to all the things that have been regulated and is willing to follow all the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditionsare complying to and apply in accordance with Indonesian law. Bali Luggage Storage’s failure or delay in exercising or enforcing a right or provision of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under the applicable laws and regulations, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision which is closest to the intention of the original provisions, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
